How the work is created and used.

AI-assisted production

SHOT BY JOÃO uses AI-assisted tools as part of the image and video production process. The final work is shaped through creative direction, generation, selection, editing and refinement rather than delivered as an unreviewed model output.

Commercial use

Approved final files are created for the client to use commercially across the agreed channels and purposes. Usage remains subject to the project Terms and to any rights attached to logos, products, photographs, people or other materials supplied by the client.

Product accuracy

AI-assisted production can introduce visual differences or inaccuracies. Product details, colours, construction, branding and other important features should be reviewed by the client before publication.

The client is responsible for approving the final representation of the product before it is used publicly.

Materials you provide

You should only provide photographs, logos, artwork, identities, trademarks and other materials that you have the right to use for the project.

By providing them, you confirm that SHOT BY JOÃO may use those materials to produce the agreed work.

People and identities

If a project uses photographs or the likeness of a real person, the client is responsible for having the necessary permission to use that person’s image for the intended project and commercial use.

Transparency

AI-generated or AI-edited content may be subject to disclosure, labelling, metadata or platform requirements depending on how and where it is published.

SHOT BY JOÃO can provide reasonable information about the production process, but the client remains responsible for the final publication context and any disclosure requirements that apply to it.

Copyright and exclusivity

Commercial usage rights do not necessarily mean that every AI-assisted element can be protected by copyright, registered or treated as legally exclusive in every jurisdiction.

Any exclusivity that is specifically required for a project should be agreed in writing before production begins.

Final approval

Nothing is published automatically by SHOT BY JOÃO on the client’s behalf. The client reviews and approves the final files before using them publicly.
