Services

SHOT BY JOÃO provides AI-assisted visual production for brands, including product imagery, on-model imagery, brand content and video.

Work may be provided as:

• Monthly Studio
• Studio Partner

The exact deliverables, quantity, format, timing and scope are agreed before production begins.

Ways to work

Project

Defined production for a launch, campaign, product drop or specific visual requirement. Project pricing currently starts from €750.

Monthly Studio

Ongoing visual production currently priced from €1,250 per month. It is designed for brands that need recurring product and brand content. The normal workflow supports one active request at a time unless otherwise agreed.

Studio Partner

Higher-capacity ongoing production currently priced from €2,250 per month. It is intended for brands with more frequent launches, campaigns and video requirements and may support up to two active requests at a time.

These website prices describe the current service structure but are not a substitute for a written quote. The proposal, quote or invoice accepted for a specific client takes priority if pricing or scope differs.

Quotes and scope

Before production begins, the project scope should define the work being produced, expected deliverables, timing and price.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote, additional fee or separate project.

Changes that materially alter the creative direction, product, number of deliverables or production requirements may be treated as additional scope.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the relevant proposal, quote or invoice.

Where an initial payment is required, production may begin only after that payment has been received.

Final or ongoing deliverables may be withheld while an invoice is overdue.

Delivery

Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope, complexity, feedback and availability of the materials required from the client.

Any estimated delivery date assumes that the client provides the necessary materials, approvals and feedback without unreasonable delay.

If client feedback or required materials are delayed, the production timeline may also move.

Revisions

The number and type of revisions included depend on the service or project agreed with the client.

Revisions are intended to refine work within the agreed creative direction and scope.

A request that introduces a substantially different concept, product, direction or deliverable may be treated as new work rather than a revision.

Materials provided by the client

The client is responsible for ensuring that photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, identities, product assets and other materials supplied for a project may legally be used for the intended purpose.

By providing those materials, the client authorises SHOT BY JOÃO to use them as necessary to produce the agreed work.

AI-assisted production

AI-assisted tools form part of the production process.

The work may involve generation, editing, compositing, transformation and other AI-assisted techniques combined with human creative direction, selection and refinement.

AI-assisted production can introduce visual differences or inaccuracies.

The client must review important product details, colours, branding, construction and other relevant features before approving final files for publication.

Client approval

The client is responsible for reviewing final work before publication or commercial use.

Approval confirms that the client accepts the visual representation, including any relevant product details, branding and creative choices visible in the approved files.

Commercial usage

Once the agreed payment obligations have been satisfied, approved final files may be used commercially by the client for the purposes agreed for the project, subject to third-party rights connected to materials supplied by the client.

Commercial usage rights do not guarantee that every AI-assisted element is independently copyrightable, registrable or legally exclusive in every jurisdiction.

Any specific exclusivity requirement must be agreed in writing before production.

Working files and unused outputs

The client receives the final approved deliverables agreed for the project.

Drafts, unused generations, rejected variations, working files, internal tests and production materials are not automatically included unless explicitly agreed.

Confidentiality

Client work is not published in the SHOT BY JOÃO portfolio or promotional material without permission.

If a project requires an NDA or additional confidentiality obligations, those requirements should be provided and agreed before production begins.

Monthly services

Monthly Studio and Studio Partner are ongoing production arrangements whose exact capacity and workflow are defined by the applicable proposal or agreement.

Any minimum term, renewal rules, cancellation notice, rollover, pause policy or unused capacity rules must be stated in the relevant client agreement.

Project cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for work already completed and costs already incurred.

Any project-specific cancellation conditions stated in an accepted quote or agreement take priority.

Third-party tools

Production may rely on third-party software, AI systems, hosting, storage or delivery platforms.

Temporary outages, policy changes or technical limitations affecting those services may occasionally affect production or delivery timing.

Responsibility and liability

SHOT BY JOÃO will provide the agreed services with reasonable professional care.

The client remains responsible for the final decision to publish or use approved content, including verifying product claims, product accuracy, legal permissions and any disclosure requirements relevant to its publication.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any dispute should first be addressed in good faith between the parties before other legal remedies are pursued.
